The people who build Realm
Realm is built by people who have shipped regulated systems from the inside, in banking, healthcare and enterprise infrastructure, where nothing goes live until privacy, security and audit have signed it off.
Realm is family-founded: Alexander Khvatov, Valery Khvatov and Alla Wieliczker are one family, and Realm is the second company the three have built together; the first, Plaza Inc., they took to acquisition.
The question we exist to answer is how a regulated enterprise adopts AI it can prove is operating inside its own perimeter, under its own controls.
Alexander Khvatov
Alexander sets Realm's product direction and runs its enterprise go-to-market, including the global systems integrator channel and Realm's direct work in financial services and life sciences. He led product and system design at PepsiCo and LifeLabs, co-founded the fintech trading infrastructure company Plaza Inc. and took it to acquisition, and was CEO of DTX, an enterprise technology services firm. Across all of them the systems he shipped had to clear privacy, security and audit review before they could go live, which is the same review Realm's customers now run on their AI.
Valery Khvatov
Valery owns Realm's architecture and builds the core of PAMOLA and AYITA, the data and runtime layers of the governed stack. He founded QuickMind, an e-learning platform that was acquired, and in more than 25 years of enterprise platform work has run an R&D operation of more than 200 engineers across three continents. His published research runs inside the product: the February 2026 CVPL paper on geometric re-identification risk directly powers PAMOLA's privacy risk engine.
Alla Wieliczker
Alla runs Realm's operations and product management, and owns the path from build to production: what ships, when, and in what state a buyer receives it. She spent 14 years as Project Director at DigitalExpert Inc., directing the release of more than 40 enterprise products, co-launched QuickMind, and led enterprise positioning for distributed data infrastructure at BGX Technologies. What she carries is the last mile: taking a technical platform through evaluation, procurement and post-launch growth, the passage where enterprise products stall.
Thanh Nguyen
Thanh runs Realm's engineering delivery, from implementation through platform scale. Across a delivery career of more than 20 years, his clients have included Deloitte, MobileIron and SSENSE, alongside government and banking institutions. He is the founder and CEO of Titan Technology Corporation, the engineering firm that operates as Realm's dedicated development partner - more than 300 engineers across Vietnam, Canada, Germany and the UAE - so Realm's delivery capacity scales with the work.
